Alexander Vashchuk is the only Ukrainian certified trainer in the Business DevOps Simulation Game "The Phoenix Project" from Gamingworks, Netherlands. Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner.

Alexander began his career as an IT specialist in Zaporozhye 15 years ago with developing a forecasting system for Forex, when neural networks were a little studied topic. Then he switched to the development of Internet access.

In the telecommunications industry, Oleksandr gained a tremendous experience working with various teams and projects - from a small home network to a hundred subscribers and his own team of five people to a corporation of a national operator and 28 distributed cross-functional teams throughout Ukraine with more than 3,000 employees.

For the last 2 years, Alexander is the Agent of Changes and Agile-Coach at FUIB Bank, where his main tasks are the implementation of Agile practices, as well as the reengineering of current ITSM processes, where Customer and Product take the first place.
