I started my professional career in IT in the role of QA engineer, respectively, felt for myself how some management methodologies may be ineffective. I think this has spurred me a lot to learn and look for something of my own that will earn real money.

Since 2016, I continued my search in the role of PM. And I found my response in Scrum, and with it, answers to many of my questions. After that I was able to implement Scrum into my teams and, oh yeah, I know all the difficulties and resistances that I have to overcome during the implementation phase. And also I know all the advantages that you get in the end.
