Evgenia Chumachkova - 7 years of experience in Agile, during which she managed to work in a wide variety of contexts: in large international companies (RingCentral, SEMrush), as well as small startups and custom development.
Initially, she worked as a Product Owner and was an informal Agile evangelist until I realized that I wanted to completely switch to working with people. This prompted me to get a psychological education and retrain as an Agile coach.

Since 2018 I have been working as an independent consultant, helping teams and companies on their Agile journey. I have extensive experience in facilitating and conducting trainings, and I regularly speak at conferences.

I am the organizer and ideological inspirer of Agile-intervisions https://agileintervision.ru/ in St. Petersburg (and now online without reference to geography) - support groups for scrum masters and coaches.

In my work, I keep the maximum focus on people. I do not believe in mechanical transformations with a change in structure in a month, but I do believe in profound conscious changes shared by people at all levels of the company. I enjoy working with mindset and relationships between people in an organization.

In addition to Agile coaching, I am a practicing psychologist in the Gestalt approach.
